Blogger Newbie...Well sort of...

Welcome! My name is Alissa M Garrison (Alissa G for short) and I am an Entrepreneur, Founder/Owner/Operator of AMG Enterprises, which is home to AG Jewelry (with more to come in the near future), in which I am the Founder/Owner/Operator & Senior Creative Designer. Outside of business, I am a daughter, niece, sister, cousin and friend, who loves spending time with my family and friends. I also love helping them and others, the best that I know how, when I have the opportunity to do so.  Which leads me to creating this blog.

When it comes to this whole blogging world, I'm still sort of a newbie, after all these years, so please be gentle on me, when you read this, as I proceed to share with you some of my thoughts, experiences, likes, dislikes and opportunities, in this post and others after this one.
I attempted to start this blog entry in 2011 when I first starting making bracelets, but life happened (faster than I could type); which includes moving back to my home state of Michigan to be with and then gradually over the years be my sick widowed mother's Caregiver/Patient Advocate, until her passing on November 4, 2017. We were so very close. I miss her soo much and at the same time I am glad she is at rest. Well (as she would say "that a deep subject")...the day she passed the question immediately hit me asking, "what are you going to do with the rest of your life now that she's gone from here, since you had virtually sacrificed your life for her, as she had for you?"
With all the grief & heartache that I still have to this day, and with all the arrangements I had to make and the notifications I had to give out, while still working a 9-5, I remembered that I had businesses waiting for me to get back to building. So here I am now, making it my mission to pick up where I left off, as my mother would have wanted me to.
I'm continuing this blogging newbie experience with a link to steps that have the ability to lead you to freedom (in almost every sense of the word), which is what I really needed!
I needed to be free from the regular 9 - 5 (which would turn out to be 7-5 or 6, 9 - 7 or 8 and every now and then up to 9pm!) I'm still grieving and needed to be free to do that and work on transforming our place to being MY place. When I moved back to MI, my mother wanted (and needed) me to move in with her so that we could take care of each other. So now in order for me to try and keep staying in our...I mean my place...I needed to be able to be free to work my own hours, which my previous position did not allow me to do in the way that I need to. I also needed to be able to not feel like I was slaving away for little to nothing in return, when I should have been receiving waaay more for my qualifications.

Freedom to work for myself wherever I want, setting my own hours the way I want, so I can have time to spend with my other family and/or friends, along with traveling, and just living a full life, was calling me! So I answered the call, by resigning from my previous corporate contractor position, took a leap of faith of going through the steps that are still leading me to that freedom while getting the Art & Science of it all down, along the way!  By doing this, it has transformed and refreshed me, by helping me to have a clearer sense of direction and purpose in my life and business!

You are probably asking "What steps are you talking about Alissa!?!" Well I'm glad you ask as I am excited to say that by clicking here, You'll learn just what I'm talking about. These steps are life changing! They are definitely a true sense of "Elite higher-learning education", for yourself and your business, which is also what I needed!
You don't even have to pick up a phone if you don't want to! The steps are fairly easy, and you get coaches to guide you all the way through!  I believe it is worth checking out here. There is nothing to lose, except maybe this opportunity, as I'm not sure how long it may last.
So I strongly encourage you to give the Steps a try. You will not regret it!

If we can take time to look at the countless numbers of worthless garbage that's on the world wide web, which can lead to dead ends, wasted time & empty pockets, then exploring here will be a step towards making "time wasting" worthwhile!

All The Best To Your Success!
